Apex Construction is performing apartment renovation work for the State of Maryland as subcontractor to a larger General Contractor. The project consist of renovations to 52 units in the Sunshine Village apartments in Pocomoke Maryland. We are performing rough carpentry, asphalt shingle roof replacement, vinyl siding, exterior insulation, weather barrier, steel doors and frames, vinyl windows, and selective demolition work. The project is currently on schedule and within budget.
